Expansion of an existing 660 Acre missile defense facility

Scope of work consisted of the following:

• 6 proposed buildings totaling approximately 55,000 square feet
• Over 4,000 LF proposed roads to facilitate internal transportation to each building
• Extension of water, sewer & gas to each building
• Over 7,000 LF Railroad extension to service the site
• Site grading & storm drainage
• Site layout in accordance with Department of Defense Code Requirements
• Sanitary Sewer & Storm Sewer Lift station design
• ADEM Permitting
• Railroad Permitting
• Design work construction cost under budget
